considered a preferred, or invited, walk on?

More like beast mode head busta walk on. He was originally cast for a roll in the Avengers, but turned it down.

Kevin Steltz was also a walk-on IIRC.

Yeah, he's a player. Looks about 4.5 fast with excellent hands. Hope he makes it. Downright little gunslinger throwing him the ball.

they are probably all from Monroe, Louisiana.

Some were from West Monroe, Ruston, Sterlington, Bastrop and Farmerville.

ETA:

ESPN/Ruston/107.7, Aaron Dietrich & the Tigerdroppings LSU Recruiting board scooped the News Star. We had this on here two days ago!

The guy can play. I think he is more suited to be a DB instead of a WR, but that's just me. Now, with that being said, I'm not sure he is LSU material. He would have been a star at say ULL or ULM or something, but this is big boy football.

Is this guy Brian Laird's brother? I could almost swear they are identical twins.

Yeah I'm not really sure which of the posts I quoted was dumber

I'm sure rivals just never got around to ranking a 4 star talent or "damn that Laird kid is amazing, but he has a girlfriend he's Facebook official with, so I'm not going to waste my time offering."

I'm pretty sure Captain America is based on his life story. He only turned it down because he thought it would be a little much playing himself in a movie.

Miles will never play a walk on except MAYBE on special teams.

What is wrong with playing special teams? Daniel Graff started as a walk on and was probably one of the best special team players to play for LSU.Graff earned a scholarship after two years.Graff was one of the fastest players on the LSU football team.Former Special teams coach Robinson said, that after reviewing game film he noticed that Graff was always the first man down the field on the special team.

Hopefully he can make contributions. It looks like a college weight program would do him wonders.

if he can bulk up he well be good, ocs workout program is based solely on core, speed, and explosion not much getting bigger.

I think his future is in baseball though

He matched up with South Plaqeumine and Bama signee and used him and shut down LSU signee Ronald Martin who played DB/WR and was that classifications Football MVP and will likely do the same in baseball and will start off walking on in both at LSU. I have a feeling he will surprise a lot of people. Not associated with OCS but saw him play multiple times and he is a real deal ath.
