I guess that died on the vine.
Had the wonderful privilege of going to the mall the other day (I'd rather sit in a red ant pile) and noticed nothing has happened to that space. No permits posted or anything. I do know they started some mechanical work in the space many months ago but apparently have abandoned it. Unless someone here knows differently. Doesn't matter to me one way or another. They would be hard pressed to get me into that location anyway. I don't really fit in with the affliction crowd.

It's gonna be right between Dave & Busters and Trader Joe's.

I guess no one has any new information on it. It doesn't really matter to me but I just hate to see empty retail space or any real estate for that matter.
This is why I don't care about Applebees in Perkins Rowe. I will never go there myself but it beats the hell out of an empty building for the next few years. I'm all about commerce however you can generate it.

It was supposed to go behind that yogurt place with the storefront facing the parking lot. Opposite side of the Apple store.
No action but they spent a good bit on money on mechanical work. I took a tour of it several months ago. Nothing has happened since them.

Hmm not really sure. Seems to me that facing the back side of that parking lot is a terrible idea.

Maybe they thought that as well and bailed.
