Hopefully, he fully recovers in time to get in shape for the playoffs next year. The EC playoffs have been quite boring so far.

quote:

Bulls guard Derrick Rose underwent knee surgery to repair his torn anterior cruciate ligament Saturday morning at Rush University Medical Center, the Chicago Sun-Times has learned.

Dr. Brian Cole, the Bulls’ team physician, performed the ACL surgery using an autograft from Rose’s patellar tendon, a commonly used procedure on young athletes. Rose also received a platelet rich plasma blood, which helps stumulate and speed healing.

Sucks that he got hurt. Made the ECF a lot less interesting.

Before the Bulls injuries, I had them as the greatest threat to Miami in winning it, over the West's OKC, SAS, and LAL.

They matched up well with the Heat..know how to make it a real grinder..negating much of Miami's transition O flow and easy end-to-end buckets..something I think much of West's best lack vs Miami.
