Anyone else tried it yet?

Was able to catch one LG about 3 lbs on it today.
I will say it is kinda hard to keep untangled casting from the yak, but where there's a will there's a way.

BTW, the yum swimbaits that come in the Yum kit SUCK when compared to others such as the storm swimming shad.
I've seen more action from a rock.

Just the drag from the weight of the rig would probably drag my yak around.

That's what i was thinking too. A double bladed spinner bait or deep running crank bait does for me in my 10 footer

I think Bourg just dropped the N-bomb on the OT in the Boosie thread.

Bout to be a lot of bannings when the verdict is read.

Nope. You're the first. You can be the first person to do anything you set your mind to...in a kayak.

Went with 50# Got hung twice n pulled off by straightening hooks so it seemed to do fine. Never had it in more than 10 ft of water though. Pull from it wasnt as bad as I expected but I was fishing it with the current so that helped out I'd imagine

Does the momentum from the cast move the yak?
