Best food in DC..

Me and the wife will be in DC Memorial Day Weekend. Ive heard of Ben's Chilli Bowl but what are some other spots that could be good eating while there....we will have a 10yr old with us too.
Gonna catch the trainto Baltimore to catch an Oriales game as well.....whats a good spot close to the stadium there.
