It's mainly (as it is clearly in the title) about LSU playing a night game when TV wanted them to play during the day... now go jack your dog off again.

Meh, There's as many children on TigerRant as SecRant, sad but true.
I appreciate the article. I was 22 at the time but as decades go by, things are forgotten, such as Dalton/James gang. Unfortunately the Tigers finished year losing close one to Tulane and eventual #3 Nebraska. But beating Alabama during that time was special.

I was 12 and Dalton was from my hometown, so we rooted like crazy for him. Nobody thought LSU would do anything that year. It was special. It seemed like a dream seeing those oranges come down in the fog and Dalton scoring his 4th TD...
