Phillip rivers was considered too high at #4 but obviously has earned that cash since then. Tyson alualu was a huge reach that has so far done alright as well. Beyond that I am stumped. What do y'all think?

I justsaw the NFL special about the #1 overall pick and they had a camera on Big Bens agent. The guy was kind of a dick to Rivers and Eli

Carson Palmer can't win a playoff game but he's not Jamarcus Russell either.

Thomas Jones was like the 4th pick in the draft. He's not Adrian Peterson but he has been an above average RB for almost a decade.

Sean Taylor was the best overreach by experts.

Completely disagree. I thought he was spectactular in college and should be drafted incredibly high. He has definitely backed that up. He is my favorite QB prospect after Luck in the past ten years.

Ted Ginn Jr. is a complete wimp and has stone hands as a wide receiver, but is fantastic as a kick returner.

What game was it last year that he single-handedly won the 49ers the game with two kick returns for TDs?

Tyson Jackson was a huge reach, and he's developed into one of the best 3-4 end run defenders in the league.

I agree with the disagreement.

Don't get me wrong, he's trash rushing the passer, but he's extremely effective at setting the edge.

Tyson Jackson is good? I think most Chief fans would argue otherwise

I think Tyson Jackson is more of a roleplayer that has done just enough to escape being a bust.

Such as Bryan Thomas, Manny Lawson, etc...

I'm assuming with this thread you mean players that when they were drafted were generally considered reaches but have lived up to the billing?
