All the meat in the case is pre-seasoned, hence the "specialty" in Chris' Specialty Meats. However, if you call them in the morning and ask for unseasoned they will be glad to oblige.

Would be easier to go to Albertsons or Winn Dixie since they use the exact same choice meat. Would be a lot cheaper too.
