Grilling this evening.
Pork chops, burgers, sausage, and wings are about to go to the pit. Wife is baking brussel sprouts or something another inside. I will have meat and beer.

I cooked the best white beans I've ever made. Started with frying bacon so I could have the grease. Cooked down all of the veggies including a poblano pepper.

I cooked it for about 2 hours with a ham schank in it and added some smoked deer sausage for the last 10 minutes.

Have about 3 lbs of pulled pork at home that I made on Monday. Will eat it on a kaiser roll w/ the bbq sauce and blue cheese coleslaw I also made on Monday.

Hericot vert with garlic and lemon zest
The usual, of course.

I am in a rut on the hericot vert as my veggie. But, it is so damn good.
