Does anyone know the connection behind the "Cajun Cafe" in clemson's baseball park?

It's bad enough that we share a mascot, stadium name, 'almost' shool colors, their band plays 80% of the same songs our band plays, but how in the hell does a "Cajun Cafe" find a place in their baseball stadium?

Just asking if anyone knows...

The cajun cafe is basically the self-given name of a group of tailgaters that includes a cajun that always cooks his cajun food for the tailgate. It's not actually a concession stand or anything officially run by the school.

The area outside the right field fence became a popular tailgating area and the school decided it could make some money off of right field so it built the area occupied by the cajun cafe. Being that they were older and actually had some money, the cajun cafe folks got it.

Btw, the two schools also both have events named tigerama.
