coach sean payton is the best coach the saints ever had,he is great at what he does and im a big fan of his.but the bottom line is he is in charge of that locker room and let it go on after he was told to stop.and if he thought they were doing nothing wrong then he would not have lied to nfl investigators.his biggest mistake was trusting a veteran nfl coach in greg williams.imo coach payton will come back from this and be an even better coach than before.

Whether he is or isn't, it doesn't warrant a year suspension IMO.

It's a precedent they're setting... If you do it, off with your head

he will coach for the saints next year.and if he were to be let go(will never happen)he would have a nfl head coaching job in a week.

Nor you for that matter. People here in Minnesota are outraged and feel the Aints won a Super Bowl unfairly.

Actually you're lucky he didn't get a permanent suspension. Pete Rose got a lifetime van from baseball and he didn't intentionally try to end player's careers.

Yeah, maybe Vikings fans don't, but I've gotten no complaints on this board. How about you?

What a bunch of babies. You're just bitter and looking for excuses. Vikings fans were bitter the minute the game was over. I've even heard FALCONS fans supporting the Saints' fans perspective in this. So get over it you babies.

I've never seen a fan base so butthurt like this one, and for so long too. They make the falcon fans seem like Vandy fans at times.

Please link where Sean Payton advocated intentionally ending players' careers.

Both cases involve the integrity of the game.

Well the folks down here could give a frick how you pale northerners feel. Go find another corner to take your butthurt arse in to cry about into. It's not the Saints fault the Viking franchise is known as the biggest choke artist in the history of the league.

I posted this in another thread to him but her never responded. Vikings fans are some of the biggest sore losers in sports. They cannot accept the fact they got beat by the Saints in the NFC championship game. And we also came out the next year and beat them again. If the Vikings were the better team how did we beat them two times in a row?
Something Vikings fans need to do is learn how to take a loss like a man. The better team won that year and every time since then. I took my loss to the 49'ers and admitted to myself that the 49'ers beat us and were a better team. The did something the Saints couldn't do this past year. They went to Green Bay and to San Francisco and won both games.
