If I hear goodell say these words one more time im gonna blow my top. He is single handedly ruining the integrity of the league. He's the worst thing ever to happen to the NFL. No doubt the saints deserved some penalties but this is excessively excessive.

Yeah! I like how he mentions integrity of the game, yet the Patriots STOLE 3 Super Bowls and got a slap on the wrist.

These punishments seem to be more about the saints undermining his authority and him getting upset about it. This isn't about player safety or he would have done something sooner. It's about them not listening to his warnings.

I hope nobody thinks the penalties would have been less if the saints came clean from the get-go. This is what goodell wanted from the start.

and the fact that the NFL is getting sued like crazy about concussions
