Parents dropped me off in Georgia. Many people take the the bus, go with friends, or fly.

What time of year did you leave?
quote:Few and far between and you don't want them anyway. When nobody has showered in a week you better erase women from your mind or furiously masturbate at night because you don't want to touch anyone on the trail when you're that dirty & gross. You can definitely get some in town when all the hikers take over the hotels and head to the bars.
Any females out there?

Great pics man. Thanks for sharing. Have you ever seen the wild horses that stay in the woods off castor plunge?

No problem. Ask me absolutely anything; anytime. Also, if it's okay I may just post on here so LSUintheNW and others can weigh in. There are numerous types of sleeping bags, tents/bivys/hammocks, trekking poles, etc. that you may want to have multiple opinions on. I can tell you about every piece of gear I used but I would still read up on stuff (though I consider my choices flawless ) Most importantly, start reading through whiteblaze.net's forums.

How old are you? I used to whip up on some Forest Hill and Glenmora in basketball. I lived in Woodworth and went to school in Alexandria.
