Because next year it's all his guys that he had time to recruit. If the starting 5 plus 3 newcomers isn't enough to be in the NCAA's, then he's gone.

He went from complete dog shite the past 2 seasons to not that sucky this year. I guess the key is to set the bar low for yourself then any improvement looks good.
