Who would keep records of this type

The thing that intrigues me about these proformance incentive allegations is , who would keep such detailed records of such a thing? Especially when they knew the league would not approve.

I could see taking notes during a film session. But way store them?

Keeping track of big hits is common. If you get a big hit and it knocks the guy out the game you get a check plus.

If your running this type of scheme you may need to keep short term records. But why would you archive them is my question. This would be like me keeping my weekly office football pool for the last three years!
