Just to comment on this thread, Tracy Morgan and Norm MacDonald were both shite on SNL. Keenan Thompson isn't the worst, but I agree that I find myself wondering why he's still on the show sometimes.
Horatio Sans is one of the worst IMO. I think the worst long-lasting cast member was maybe Tim Meadows...he just wasn't consistently funny (though Ladies' Man skits made me laugh sometimes).
Also, Maya Rudolph is awful.
And I agree with most that Kristen Wiig is awesome.

Parnell was just so vanilla it seemed like literally anyone could have replaced him in every skit he was in and there would be no difference.

I won't disagree with that...like I said, I can see why people wouldn't care for him, I've just always liked him.

I definitely don't watch SNL a ton, I just know that when I do watch, I don't ever really like Hader, Keenan, Rudolph, etc.

Chris Elliot was terrible.
I never liked Kevin Nealon.
Ellen Cleghorn is a great choice, but she played a great pissed off black woman.
I can't think of a time Seth Meyers has made me laugh.

I agree that Debbie Downer alone eliminates Dratch.
As for Parnell, he was a better rapper than Andy Samberg.

I think the current worst member is that new-sih girl with the big teeth. Brings nothing to the table.

I can't stand Maya Rudolph. She's completely unfunny and has no redeeming qualities, and yet she's friends with so many successful people that they keep giving her jobs.

I think Garrett Morris is widely considered by many to be the worst cast member ever. He was an original cast member and with its funniest stars, has not one memorable appearance.
