This is great news. If we can't get guys in Louisiana we have to get guys from around the world. He sounds like a super player and I would be super excited to land him.

havent watched yet

expecting weak comp but kids who grow up in the euro setting and then come over around 18 or so usually are ready to play from a skill standpoint.

if we can't land anyone better i wouldn't mind taking him assuming trent is still here.

I agree the competition in that video looks week, but he played great against all the top prep schools in New England recently. Also, Canarias is legit. They play top competition. They just played a bunch of American JUCOs, including top ranked Monroe College where Orlando Sanchez plays.

i've watched most of 3 videos so far (the music on the 3 minute one )

has a nice jumper, not afraid to go either direction. doesn't look very quick but against those stiffs he doesn't really need to be. aparently he is a good defensive player but you don't see too much on those highlights.

seeing him drop 20 on that team from new jersey makes me feel good.

has a good feel of when to attack off the dribble vs settle or look for the pass (he looks like a decent passer)

Sign him up. Wow. I'm thoroughly impressed with his highlight tapes. Heady player. Reminds me of Manu Ginobli.

He looks like he could even be our backup point guard.

Pair him up with Shavon Coleman, Malik Morgan, and a post player and call it a day. That would be a really good class.

There should be enough Little Wilts out there for each school to have one.

He's got more skill than his father. Too bad he isn't as tall as his dad but maybe he'll keep growing. Definitely should get him.
