Hataraku's Blurays are selling pretty well. I'd expect announcement of second season in a few months.

I need to stop jumping shows, but last night I started The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya and it was hilarious.

Decided to put Higurashi no Naku Koro ni on hold now.

I used to be real bad at not finishing things, but I'm getting better.

Haruhi is great, just have to figure which order to watch it. I'd also say it's better than Higurashi (even though they're completely different, I enjoyed one more than the other).

Is there an optimum order to watch it? I've watched the first 4 episodes last night.

The way I watched it involved seeing season 1 twice. I watched season 1 in broadcast order (Kyon order) and then watched seasons 1 & 2 combined in chronological order (Haruhi order), then I watched the movie. The wikipedia page for the show gives both orders

The broadcast (or Kyon's order) is the best way to watch it. The pacing for the show is expotentially better this way and the gives the show a definite end rather than the lame last episode that happens chronologically.

I got through the first 6 episodes and the 6th is now one of my favorite episodes of all shows. Watched it twice.

Haruhi is awesome.

I agree, I like how the broadcast order ends much better. But it was also interesting to see it in chronological order.

Also, I decided to watch Valvrave... This has to be one of the most ridiculous shows I've ever seen in my life. I want to hate it so badly but I just can't

ETA: Finished it earlier... All I have to say is Sunrise gonna Sunrise

I have seen Another. It's exactly what you'd expect from a Japanese horror. I really enjoyed it!

Can't help it I'll still watch S2.

So I watched the Oreimo episodes. El oh fricking el that ending was even shittier than I imagined it. I was having a total change of heart towards the end, and then the author was like boom "lol changed my mind, you'll get nothing and like it" Saori was literally the only one to get a happy ending

ETA: I get why it ended that way, but it's just stupid because of what Kyousuke sacrificed (3 beautiful girls and a meddlesome childhood friend)

I'm about to just drop the specials. This show is just a train wreck.

I came in with low expectations since I already knew how it would end. I didn't actually think it was that bad, after thinking about it for a bit. Second-worst girl won, but she definitely grew on me a bit in the last few episodes. Manami, on the other hand, forever placed herself in the worst-girl-of-all-time category. Seriously.

So, I've been watching the show Another and it has been awesome.

I understand what is going on, but I still have no idea where it is going to go after they revealed the truth behind Mei Misaki.

My money is on Azakawa, the Head of Countermeasures, being dead, but that might be too obvious.

I didn't really care about her until the last couple of novels, but she really rubbed me the wrong way
