Two things happened there. 1-that gimmick offense works versus college teams in the PAC-12, not with seasoned NFL coaches and vets. 2-he's getting a big NIKE raise

Nothing gimmicky about the offense. It's reliant on blocking and execution just like any other offense and they tell the defense what they are going to do ahead of time.
