I have defended the man to many people through his tenor and this season in particuliar. I thought he knew what was best for the team. I was most disappointed with the lack of leadership last night from Miles and Jefferson.

I never saw Jefferson talking to the offense or the coaches trying to figure out a way to create some offense. His lack of execution was pathetic.

The offense didn't come ready to play. That falls on the head coach. If Lee wasn't going to play why even let him dress out?

I am most disappointed for the players like Brockers, Mo Claiborne, RR, Sam, OBJ, and Baker who left it on the field only to have their cry baby QB and head coach let them down. Both Miles and Jefferson should be ashamed of themselves.

Me too. I am not giving up on CLM. But I am very disappointed in his coaching effort going into last night's game.

Our team looked unprepared and unmotivated, more like a school of brook trout or a herd of deer in the headlights, and less like the #1 undefeated (13-0) team in the nation. Taking nothing away from Alabama's stellar effort, they were great. I just expected to see greatness on our side of the ball as well. I saw instead a truly sorry effort (if "effort" is even the appropriate term) by the Tiger team. And I saw little emotion on the HC's part throughout the game. I saw even less ability or willingness or "want" to adjust when things were not going real well offensively - even when the game was still in reach at 12-0 and 15-0 and there was time on the clock.

Jefferson stunk up the field. His pouty tantrum faces were inexcusable, in one case apparently blaming Ware for his poorly chosen, no let me say it - ridiculous incomplete pass (Ware turned - as he should have - to block for JJ's apparent run). CLM should have taken JJ out in the first quarter, or the first half - at least for a couple of series to try J. Lee or even Z. Mett at QB, to try to break Alabama's defensive rhythm and spark LSU. But no.

Inexcusable, unprepared coaching, inexcusable QBing. LSU the team and LSU the fanbase Nation deserved better. Coach Miles has let us all down on this one. Big time. I hope he truly knows it and owns his lapses in good judgment.
