The greatest season in the history of college football now means nothing.

No other team has ever done what this team did, like this team did, with the schedule that this team did. I feel absolutely horrible for those kids, even worse for Jarrett Lee who seemed like the only person who actually WANTED to be on the field in the fourth quarter, and for the fans who spent $1000+ to watch that garbage live. I hope this one eats at Les for a long, long time. He had college football history at his fingertips and simply didn't pull the trigger. I'm not mad at Jefferson at all. He did everything he could. But at some point it has to be the coach's job to say "this isn't working, we're gonna try something else." Give credit to Bama and their coach. They did what they had to do. But this loss is all on Les and his infatuation with Jefferson. Thank god he's gone, and thank god there's no way Les can mess up next year by not playing Mett.

Yup. Looking back on this season...the dominance LSU shown in one of the hardest schedules in CFB...the SEC Championship...the win over Bama...all completely meaningless.

We needed to reserve judgment on the abilities of this team and this coach until the end of the season.
Now that the season is over, we can say that the coach and the offense looked like circus clowns for the last game.
