So far I have tried Pho Tau Bay, Pho Orchid, Thanh Truc, Fusion Cafe. What are some other places that I need to try.

Grew up on Sao Mai in the East.

Viet My in the East... nothing special, no variety, very simple. I like it.

Some of the karaoke bars in the East also make a pretty good one, especially for people who like butter. That said, I'm not sure if you'd want to walk in there.

A quick and easy place is Eat Well Food Mart on Canal and Broad. It's pretty damn good.
