Getting a kindle from Santa. I've been out of the reading game for a long time. Last book i read was Angels and Demons...yeah been awhile.
On the slate to read already are:
1) No Country For Old Men
2) The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo
I need recommendations for good books. Generally like Drama, Post Apocalyptic, Horror, Suspense. Hit me with it.

This thread is why it's called The Arts Board.

Almost identical to the movie, but it doesn't matter.
I've read the book three times. Cormac is a master of prose. Fella can make a sentence sing.
If you are doing McCarthy, I'd recommend his Border Trilogy. "All the Pretty Horses" may be his most famous work. If you've got a strong stomach you should also check out "Blood Meridian"
