Your DE had a full head of steam. LMJ did not and was just taking off...

Also, how long does it take for LMJ to take off? If he needs more space, just make sure to tell the refs to call a penalty on anyone that tackles him before he "gets going"

Looks like LMJ needs 6 yards to "take off"? No?

I saw that. I also saw that Alabama never trailed until the final play of the game.

And they still call that a loss.

LMJ is the Nations leading rusher for the 2nd straight year and has been noted as one of the fastest players in CFB. That DE of yours is a good player and fast for a DE. But if any LSU fanboy tries to use that play to demonstrate LMJ is slow, or your DE is faster, then that would make you RANTARDED.

LMJ would easily be in the top 5 of nations CFB fastest runners. Your DE would not even brake into the top 200.

Get Clue.

We're not aruging our DE can play RB. We're arguing that he smoked your "star" RB into the ground.

So what your saying is that your DE made a tackle on our running back.

Forgive me if I am not one that was much impressed about anything of that play. Running backs get tackled all the time.

First you say...

quote:

LMJ is the Nations leading rusher for the 2nd straight year and has been noted as one of the fastest players in CFB.

Then you say...

quote:

Forgive me if I am not one that was much impressed about anything of that play. Running backs get tackled all the time.

Please feel free to show us another clip where your "one of the fastest players in CFB" was tackled from behind from the opposite sideline.

I'm thinking you can't find another clip like that.

Behind the line of scrimmage 4 seconds after the play happens? The RB mentioned here is, like you said, a second year Heisman finalist.

Pretty easy to overlook that too. You're the one putting up all the stats on LMJ. No?

LMJ could have played the whole game, your team still gets dominated.

Hey good luck with that Kenyon Barner kid, he's a game changer alright.

Actually if LMJ had not had nasty cramps and a damaged ankle from getting stepped on, to which forced him to miss 60 percent of the game, then he would of been doing all kickoff returns and runs and not Barner and the first CFB game ever played in, DAT. Thus, those 3 turnovers would not have happened. So you would easily have to take off 21 points for LSU that they got from those. That would mean Oregon would have won. Even more, had UO's players not fumbled the ball there is a decent chance that on some of those series we would have scored. Add even more points for Oregon. And it would of been Oregon in a blowout over LSU had LMJ gotten injured which forced us to go deep down in depth charts, which we ended up fumbling away the ball 3 times near our end zone for very easy scores against us. What a gift wrap to LSU that was. I will not suggest LSU did not have any skill at stripping the ball however, as indeed you all are very good at that. But LMJ would of not allowed him being stripped, had he not been injured and been able to play.

Sloppy turnovers can happen in games. And we did lose because of them. But as a guy that has seen that game now maybe 15 times... if one is so blind that they cannot see if UO did not play sloppy(those turnovers) 2 of those turnovers by a 18 year old kid who was playing in his first ever CFB game- only forced to put him in because #1 (LMJ)and #2(Barner) were injured, then I do not know what to say to you other then you must be blind, have bad memory, or never take off your LSU bias glasses ever.

It's too bad football is a contact sport.

As for the fumbles?? Who leads the nation in turnovers? Just look at the stats if you want to keep calling them flukes or shouldn't have happened. They did happen b/c that's what our defense does really well.

Are Oregon fans and Bama fans separated at birth?

You guys might as well make up flash cards that say, "You may have scored more points, but we didn't lose."

Yes, a loss hurts, but take it like a man and move on. You'll find that it's more "mentally healthy" in the long run.
