If you are going to start a topic, have the decency to at least include basic details from the link.

Before all the internet tough guys chime in and call this the wussification of America, please note that Harrison could have very easily put his shoulder into McCoy's chest, wrapped up, and made a solid, form tackle that not only would NOT have drawn a flag, but would also have likely ended up on the highlight real for all the RIGHT reasons.

Exactly. All he had to do with look where he was hitting instead of lowing his head and going for the kill shot. But thats what he does. He's gonna end up brain dead at 45 because of it too.

I feel for James. Killernut told me he's a really nice guy in real life.

I don't expect a football player not to hit someone. Just do it properly.

There was a guy on the NFL network that was defending that hit. I think it was Deion IIRC. He said McCoy moved and that is why Harrison caught him in the head. Well, then they showed the replay in slow motion and McCoy had never lowered his head. Pretty pathetic of prime time.

There is nothing worse than listening to the NFL channel crew talk about a game.

Sanders, Irvin, Faulk and Mariucci. fricking unbearable.

LOL before Goodell James Harrison would be widely praised for making a great hit. Yet in today's 2 hand touch NFL he is suspended, football has become a complete joke of sport.

No shite, the rest of you people are pussies. I would say that to you face. He is just playing defense the way it has been coach for the last 80 years.

Nah, I'm pretty sure continuously leading with your helmet into other player's helmet made you recognized as dirty before Goodell if I recall correctly.

No. Leading with your head, or spearing has always been illegal.
