Wow, lots of guys getting canned midseason. Don't really see the point unless you think you have your guy as a coordinator

I like it, a chance for redemption after his miserable failure.

I was thinking they'd come looking in BR for a coach again.

You laugh but.....
Ross hasn’t ruled out hiring a top college coach if he cannot land a “star” NFL coach. One name that would likely would fit Ross’ criteria (successful and a big name) is Les Miles, who is 75-17 in seven years as LSU’s head coach. Miles attended Michigan — Ross’ alma mater — and was offensive line coach there from 1987 to 1994. He had one NFL job, as the Cowboys’ tight ends coach from 1998 to 2000. “Stephen loves anything to do with Michigan,” an associate said about potential interest in Miles.

Most Dolphin fans wish he had moved in with Sherman and never come back to Miami. He won't be around too long either. The first thing the next coach will demand is either control over personnel decisions or a new GM.

We all know Les learns from his mistakes. Now we'll find out if he learns from Saban's mistakes!
