They beat those 6 teams by an average of 22 points as well...
Auburn was well-liked by the computers. They played the hardest schedule of any SEC team (yes even harder than LSU's). Their 5 losses were all to top 20 teams and they had a road win @ the #9 team. Also computers cant take into account margin of victory. They're #15 in Sagarin's ELO Chess formula (the one BCS uses).
