SEC Champs rematch not that rare!

Last year Auburn beat SC in regular season game and then trounced them again in the SEC Championship game.

don't care if it happens in teh SEC championship game.
There is a reason they don't rematch teams in bowl games.

i willing to go out on a limb here .......
Im not sure that any National Champion has had to get the MNC by beating a team from its own division in a rematch, in the National Championship Game.
And if/when bama gets there I'm quite sure the rules will be changed preventing it from ever happening again.
