Is it just me, or are the dogtags in kill confirmed disappearing quicker

Without them being confirmed or denied.
Seems like tonight they have been disappearing in around 15 secs. Is this the effects of the latest patch?

Yea they patched it so kids would stop camping tags for kills so much.

no shizz, i killed a guy with a longshot yesterday and before i could get to the tag it disappeared. its effin ridiculous.
