My stab at the top 5 football teams in Mississippi...

This was very tough, and took into account a lot of data.
1. Southern Miss
2. Mississippi State
3. Olive Branch High School
4. Meridian High School
5. Ole Miss
What do you think? It pains me that an SEC team is not ranked No. 1.

I've been saying southern miss would end up the best team in Mississippi since like week 2. Pretty sad. I say we swap ole miss with southern miss. Bring us some solid baseball competition.

I don't know that Ole Miss is in the top 5. I think one of the JUCOs is playing for the national championship. And you have to consider Delta St and the SWAC schools as well.

Jackson Academy and Prep are better than Ole Miss as well. Also The Delta State Fighting Okra and South Panola HS
