which RB to pick up

My current RBs are Hillis and Starks. Only need to play one. I know my Rbs suck.
Available are Hardesty, Murray, and Choice.
I'm leaning towards Murray, but Hardesty might be the better longterm option?
Seriously thinking about dropping Hillis.

OK, so maybe I'm dumb. Now who should I drop to pick up Hardesty.
Jake Ballard, Fred Davis or Vernon Davis (Just picked up Ballard. I have no need for three TEs, but again not sure who to get rid of right now. May try and work a trade with Vernon or will drop Ballard

I'd probably drop Fred for MH.
I think Ballard is for real. I'd hang on to him & Vernon & feel pretty confident going fwd
