tents going up at what time?

So who is taking a chance and putting theirs up earlier than 4:30 fri.? Seeing as how this is the biggest game in TS this year thus far, snatching up tailgate real estate may present a challenge. Set up early and risk getting it taken down or wait unil 4:30 and possibly miss out on being beneath your beloved oak.

Pay some students or bums to keep people off your spot till you are allowed to set up. They've been doing this in the Grove for years.
