Should we keep Dumbar at MLB and put Vilma at the WLB or the strong side?

Just thinking. I thought Dumbar did an excellent at Middle last game and he seem to be quicker to react to plays but thats just me. Opinions?

Yes. After we move Sproles to DE.

Seriously, Vilma is a Pro Bowl MLB, Dunbar (not Dumbar) did a good job, but you don't take out your stud just bcs a guy filled in for him nicely. Vilma is MLB for a reason.

Dunbar played well. It might have been a bit much for him at times, but he played well overall. I actually think we should play Dunbar at SAM until Tez is ready to play again.

Dunbar...not dumbear.

Now my first reaction was pretty much what you have read above.

My second reaction is maybe. We know our backers are dinged and as we all know Herring and Shanle have left a little to be desired. Wilson looks good but needs some time. It seems that it will be Casillas Vilma and Wilson at some point.

Question is...

Is Vilma Dunbar and Casillas the best LB group we have healthy right now?

Maybe not so dumb of a question.

That joke never get's old.

So I'll assume you don't have anything to back it up. I would love to hear a answer though.

What all of us keyboard GM's don't know is how many calls on Def from Dunbar at middle backer were right/wrong vs. texicans. That will go a long way in determining what 3G can do moving the LB's around. We will find out soon.

Why not move Denbar to WLB and keep Vilma at MLB? no reason to move a pro bowl MLB for a guy that did well for 1 game

I have not seen Dimber play very well when at the outside positions last year when they tried it. FWIW.

And how has Vilma looked at the outside positions as compared to Dombire?
