Taco stand near LSU

Anybody know the name of the taco stand near tigerland? My roommate wants to know and I have no idea what he's talking about

I know theres a little stand in Fred's parking lot, but I'm pretty sure he sells the same stuff as the guy on 3rd st downtown. Hot dogs, BBQ beef, baudoin, etc.

I think the cars that are "in tow" may serve tacos
