Who to start at FLEX? Blount or Bowe?

I get to start 3 players at FLEX in my PPR league and my other 2 are Britt and Stevie Johnson.
Having trouble picking between Bowe and Blount for the fact that TB finally decided to start giving the ball to Blount at the end of the Vikings game, but with Charles out for the season, Bowe is by far their best weapon and should get more opportunities now (downside is that defenses will be focusing on him now). Who would you start? Bowe or Blount?
