Is this trade fair?

I am desperate at QB after Manning went down. Tried to roll the dice with K.Collins in week 1, but we all know how that turned out.
Anyway, I'm being offered Schaub, Blount for A.Peterson, McNabb. My other RB's are C.Benson and F.Jackson. Should I pull the trigger? Non PPR league.

I don't think Schaub is worth a top RB.
