New construction on Red Lobster property?

Anyone know what is going in at the Mall of Louisiana next to Red Lobster? I'm thinking maybe another Darden group restaurant, but haven't seen confirmation.

I think I saw a sign saying that it's going to be a Jared jewelry store.

Young man can get a nice CZ sterling silver ring, then pop the question over an intimate dinner of cheddah biskits, ceaser salad, and grilled tilapia, then head back to the double wide for the after party so's they can start on that family!
