The end of the first scene had me rolling. 
The rest was pretty good, but that's par for the course. Louis' show is not meant to be overtly comedic...lots of subtlety.

dvr'ed it, looking fwd to it.
there's always some darkness in his show. some of my fave moments from last season was him dating again, the bully episode, the card game scene with dipaulo and the gay comic (was it jim david?), and gervais as the dentist.

I think it was a great start, but I also expect it to get better. I laughed through a good bit of that episode. fricking love C.K.

that was the best line.
i didn't care for the fart sequence too much, but that's about the only part of louis' humor i'm not a huge fan of.

yeah, watched lucky louie and s1 of louie. he goes very dark and his ridiculous situations are hysterical. the "Daddy" scene was beyond fricked up. i have no clue what i would do

Such a weird episode. I was laughing pretty hard the whole way through though.
