LSU's best offensive personnel package in 2011

LSU has some talented skill-position players on offense including Rueben Randle, Russell Shepard, Spencer Ware and Michael Ford. The overall trend in college football is to put as much speed on the field as possible and spread the ball all over the field.
But I think LSU is at their best in the two TE sets. When Mitch Joseph was healthy last year, he was an exceptional blocker. When he wasn't healthy, Chase Clement was mauling people at the line, and Tyler Edwards got some quality PT toward the end of the year as well.
With Joseph and Clement, LSU can put 260+ lb blockers on the field without completely sacrificing the ability to catch passes. In non-obvious passing downs, I hope to see more Joseph and Clement on the field at the same time. Move the chains, eat clock with the rushing game and tight curl routes. Then, run up the score with playaction.
Until some other WR's can prove something, I like 1RB, 2TE, 2WR sets.

Why not 6 line men? Instead of the extra tightend?

I'm not really sure T-Bob would be able to stretch the field.
