Shipping is free if you spend over 100 at most online places which in this case he would be spending over 100.

Marcellos doesnt sell bottling buckets?
He might have it but good luck figuring out what his hours are. Place is run out of his house. I would call before going.

They close early, like 5 maybe 6 on weekdays. They have buckets but none with Spigots.
