The website he pulled that from says it was killed in Randolph County, Illinois.

Says it was most likely the largest archery buck taken in 2007, fied dressed 251 lbs.

Nice deer. We have a fishing camp on Old River and my Dad almost bought some land on Raccourci Island a few years back. Dammit, I wish he would have.

I shot this young (too young) 10 pt in the atchafalaya spillway with a Marlin 1895GS 45-70 with xs ghost ring sights at 60 yards using 300 grain at 2500 fps.

I should have let him go but on the other hand, it was the third day in a row he checked me.
