Would anyone else welcome Ricky Williams back next season?

He says he's not gonna be back in Miami. He's getting up there in age but he could still play and would add depth to a position of need next season. He's better than Julius Jones and should come on the cheap.
2011 HB depth chart:
Thomas/Bush(I think it's one or the other but not both)
Ivory
Williams
Jones/Hamilton

I'd take him for Bush straight up right now

I would take Ricky back in a heart beat. He is the work horse back that we need and we has shown in the last few years that he can stay healthy and still pound it in there.

I think I would, he has been solid for Miami the last couple of years and has his head in the game again...

I think Ricky's got 2 more years left in him.

Could probably pick him up for a half-bag.

Seriously, I dont think this guy gets enough credit. Sure he is a weirdo, and had some problems, but all he's done the last few years is bust his butt on the field. I would love to see him back. Plus, I could dig up my old jersey. lol

Me too...his time in Toronto really changed his mindset...interviews with him showed his gratefulness and how well he took care of himself...i think he may have 3 or 4 years left, he's into crazy yoga where you have the heat turned up to 90 degrees and you sweat like a pig for 40 mins...

Actually, he would be perfect for the Saints in a sharing load with Ivory/Bush

I am super excited about Ivory for the future but no reason why Ricky couldnt come in and pound the rock when we need him. Miles better than crappy Julius Jones.
