Collins is facing the 32nd ranked Pass D. Flacco is facing the 2nd ranked Saints Pass D.
Collins threw 3 TDs vs Colts with No INTs last week.

Flacco
I am starting Flacco tomorrow and Collins is available on the waiver wire. My track record of giving advice on this board is pretty bad though. So, Collins may be the way to go.

I've watched the Saints D make rookie QBs look good this year, but the Texans have made all QBs look good.
The ESPN guys have Flacco ranked 9, and Collins ranked 17.
