He pled guilty to sexual battery in a court of law. But he does not have to register. So it will be just a sexual batterer. Or someone whoo is guilty of sexual battery

not saying it's right... Just saying that's the way it is..

you are correct; I looked it up. SO we'll just go with sexual batterer.

You didn't answer my question. I'll rephrase:

Take any person over 18, put them in a court of law, ask them ^.

Zack deserves a fresh start and the Ranters need to give him one.

I am thrilled that he choose us, so leave the kid alone.

I'm thrilled he has as well. This wasn't a shot at him. Go up and look at my posts through the thread.

Some dude on here is calling him a "sexual offender" and he's incorrect for doing so. That's what I was trying to point out to that guy.

I'm the last person that would say some bs crap to make the kid look bad.

From what I have read, the problem UGA had was that he lied to the Coach about it. You don't lie to the Coach! After what happened to Perriloux, I am sure he knows that LSU has a "no tolerance" of breaking team rules. However, what bothers me is that we are now in the land of thugs. How many, even the Heisman finalists, have been in trouble with the law? I don't like it. I don't know what to do about it but I don't like it.

Given how Miles has been known to deal with quarterbacks who can't play by the rules, I doubt he would have brought the kid on board if he hadn't pretty thoroughly investigated his history and his current attitude.

Yep, Miles isn't the type to bring thugs on the team. This kid's on a short leash no doubt.

Sorry if you believe that I singled you out, This was not my intent, I meant for the Negitigers to leave him alone.

I did things in college at LSU that I am not so proud of now and I am sure that most can say the same.

This should be a joyous day for all LSU fans and it should help us retain the recuits that have already committed to us.

No worries, man. It's all good. Everyone has done something stupid at one time or another. I'm sure he's learned and is a better person. I can't wait to see the kid play. His numbers at JUCO are insane.

2,678 yards and 32 touchdowns, only 3 int's.
