CP3, Lebron, and Dwight are in the starting 5. That is a completely ridiculous article. All 3 of those guys are solidly the best at their position.

I can understand Boozer and Joe Johnson, but I don't know if they are really overrated. They are extremely solid players and don't necessarily get over hyped or anything.

They could have easily put West as the PF though. West is good, but I don't know if he is as good as he is made out to be a lot of times.

"His defense mostly relies on his stealing opponents’ careless passes and dribbles"

The person who wrote this is clearly a mental midget. Does he expect his defense to rely on low post shot blocking? What an idiot.

Charles Barkely took a shot too. When naming the top point guards, after saying cp he said "i'm about to take him off that list"

Was that before he had a 16 assist opening night? I think McNamara over at 247 is right, John Stockton's assist record is in danger this season.

Wow that is laughable. There are only a few players in the league i would trade CP3 for, and none are point guards

Durant is the only one I'd consider, and I'm not certain I'd be okay with it.

I think Durant may be the only player i'd trade CP3 for.

The inclusion of Lebron and Dwight is much worse than Paul being on there. Absolutely fricking ridiculous. Is Rosen the Skip Bayless of Fox or something?

No, I wouldn't. I was providing my personal opinion and I seriously question Lebron's heart. Dude folded like a paper napkin in the playoffs last year. Durant is younger and seems to have a better competitive spirit than Lebron.

Again, you may disagree, but CP3 has played through troubling times, whereas I think Lebron is kind of a front-runner.

Anybody who would take Paul over Lebron is either clueless or incredibly biased.

CP3 has been clutch in the past. Lebron James has been the opposite of clutch in the past. He's also shown some serious prima dona behavior that I don't care for, either.

You could try to refute any of the points that I have made in this thread, or you can resort to accusations. I guess calling someone ignorant is easier than losing an argument, right?

Statistics say otherwise. Lebron has led the NBA in nearly every single clutch statistic for the past three seasons:

You have some serious perception bias if you think Paul has been more clutch. I don't think he's ever hit a single shot as big as Lebron's game winner against the Magic in the playoffs. Not to mention what Lebron did to the Pistons.

You haven't really made any points other than baseless comments that are contrary to all statistical evidence.

There's no way you could possibly win this argument. Lebron does everything on the basketball court better than Paul with the exception of passing, and he's no slouch there either.

eta: Paul is one of my favorite players. He's awesome, but let's be real here. Lebron led a 66 win team in total points, rebounds, blocks, assists, and steals. That's only happened once or twice in the history of the NBA, and never on a team with that many wins. You simply can't get that kind of production or impact out of Paul

Stats are a little skewed in the sense that that gives LBJ 41 attempts per 48 minutes. That just shows how bad the rest of his team was in Cleveland if he has to do everything down the stretch.
