WC section 200???

Some guy is selling his two tickets to the Tennessee game for a $100. I looked on the stadium seating chart and don't even see it on the map. And that sections 201, 202, etc, are reserved.
Can someone tell me if I would be able to sit in those seats if I bought the tickets, or where it is, assuming its next to 201.
