Damn Ghost in the Machine release last night had me drinking at the brewery. So I knew I'd be up a lb or two. But it'll all be gone and then some after today. Hit the gym hard this morning and eating clean the rest of the week.

I know you gain weight during the day and lose while you are sleeping but during what point in the day do yall think is the most accurate?

I weigh first thing in the morning either before or after my shower, just depending on how I feel.

I really think the only thing that matters is that you weigh around the same time every day, that will provide more accuracy than worrying about the time of day, imo.

I weigh in after I piss in the morning. Wake up, piss, weigh, shower. If I miss that routine at all I forget to weigh

You weigh the least in the morning. As long as you weigh in at the same time every day, not a big deal tbh.

Honestly impressed that Im another pound down. Didnt do so well eating this week. Back to the gym tonight and back to stricter eatijg habits tomorrow.

Got to gym weighed in at 220.4 when I left the gym I was 222.3 all muscle

Boss bought lunch yesterday and it was a panini like sandwich. I never eat bread and I know for a fact that's why I'm up from yesterday. Whatever. It'll disappear today

Thank you guys.

Like mentioned above, I make sure to weigh myself every morning after I piss. I actually like only weighing in every couple days. I guess its a mental thing where I prefer to see a couple pounds down each time. Its all the same really. I cant wait to hit my goal so I can start to have one cheat meal a week. Right now I have about one a month.
