Damn Bro!

I haven't ran or worked out since before Christmas. Been stupid busy with work and I just hate running in cold weather. Will try and shed the weight I gained with a healthy meal plan and keeping my drinking in check. Once it starts warming up I'll get back out on the trial. My gf says as long as my stomach doesn't hang over my belt buckle it's okay if I put on a few .. so I'm not too worried.

Back to pre-birthday party weight from this weekend.

Starting Insanity next week with a friend of mine- I've never done P90X/Insanity, etc, so it should be interesting. I'm looking forward to it (kind of )

Well started my diet on June 10th at 234.0 and weighed in this morning at 216.2. Feel great so far, havent lost any strength, and cant imagine how great I'll feel once I get to my goal of 175.

No idea why I havent kept up with posting in this thread but the above post was from 7/10/13 and this morning I weighed in at 182. I feel awesome and as motivation Ive kept wearing the same leather belt Id wear everyday at work. Only difference is that Im 6 belt holes(36waist now) from when I started (42/44 waist) and 3 of them have been from cutting a hole in the belt
Cant wait to get to my goal of 175 or lower.

Nah man, when you have a lot to lose, a belt is a great 'measuring stick' and motivator. I had the same belt til I hit 300 or so, and it finally broke. I think I had punched 8 holes in it or so.

Had a minor derail on the diet yesterday. New meals I cooked for the week ended up tasting like shite re-heated.

Finally up (and over a tad) where my last weigh in was before getting sick. Now that things have seemingly normalized it's time to get everything back on track and get a little momentum going towards some more weight loss.

290/269.5/199

Somehow gained 2.5 lbs from yesterday. I think it's water retention--had a very salty lunch on Thursday and Friday. Today is "fasting" day, so I'll lose it all today, plus a couple more.

I am squarely on target to reach my goal of reaching 220 by June 1.

January: -20 Check.
February: -20
March: -10
April: -10
May: -10

Not really sure what was with the weigh in this morning. It's 3 pounds down from what it was yeseterday. Fully expecting that to go back up a few over the next couple of days.

Speaking of almond milk...I had some "Silk" (soy) almond milk today. It tasted like milk left over after eating a bowl of cereal aka fricking disgusting. It also has no protein at all, don't know wtf my wife was thinking we she bought that crap.

Been slacking a little, but I started Insanity! this week, and I've been trying to eat pretty clean, which should help by the end of this week.
