No thanks, man. Too much for me.

Today I did:

Warmup:
3 sets of 30sec jump rope.
3 sets of 5 burpee box jumps
2 sets of 10 jump squats
Dynamic stretching

Workout:
Squats - 15, 12, 10, 8 (increasing weight)
Walking lunges, 10 steps each direction - 4 sets with a 40lb ezbar on my back
Leg press - 12, 10, 8, 8 (increasing weight)
Leg curls - 4 sets of 12
Standing calf raise - 5 sets of 15

My legs were wobbly as hell, no cardio after. Total time at the gym was about an hour.

I'm pretty sure that weight will be further down if I went and got on the scale right now. Feels like food poisoning, but if it's not something sure has fubar'd me.

Sometimes, yea. All varying weights and if I am seated/standing using pulley etc. Some like with pulley I do 3 sets of but outs since even if I am using 50 pound resistance it feels lighter than a dumb bell.
It may and probably is overload but I've had success doing in it in the past

Great job so far.

When did you start losing weight? I have a similar goal.

Now that I can eat again, I assume that weight will be going back up quite a bit over the next couple of days.

Will need to start exercising soon. Egg Beaters omelets generally suck, but after a day of fasting, they are heavenly.

Damn Bro!

186/172.3/???
It's crazy how eating certain things can affect your water retention. I keep a very low sodium diet. Over the weekend I ate some very very salty foods. I went into Friday at 172. Went to bed Sunday at 180. After cleaning up my diet again over the last day and a half I'm back at 172. I pissed a shite load yesterday too.
Crazy.
