Great attitude to have. That's one thing that helped me on my journey when I started. I got frustrated because I wasn't seeing results, but when I was honest with myself I knew that I wasn't committing 100% effort. It wasn't until one day when I was about to go for the usual cheat and I thought "This dinner/beer/dessert won't taste nearly as good as being fit feels". And that became my motivation for the next year. Keep it up!

dude...you've lost over a 100 pounds...when I first came in to this thread you were very active and seeing all of your progress definitely helped keep me motivated and inspired.

You and I need to get together for workouts so I can see what you do that got you in such good shape. You put on lots of muscle and lost lots of fat pretty quickly

I was lifting heavy almost an hour a day and doing a ton of cardio plus I scaled back to 1500 calories a day. Ate nothing but fruits, granola, and chicken.

I need to get back into that routine but that motivation is just gone right now

Nah I kept it up for a year, just switched jobs, got back in a relationship, started drinking, and got comfortable. Now I can't go to gym and work out without the gf calling/texting, or my emails going off for work, etc. If I was still single I could keep it up

Before and after pics for you and Hulk are pretty damn amazing. The closest thing I have to a before picture is from my trip to Ireland about 6 months or so before I started my diet, I don't think I was even at my heaviest then. I probably should have taken some pictures, but I tend to avoid cameras

As of today 226 weight, down 9 from picture up earlier which is 3 weeks old



Same shirt as earlier and as you can see it is a bit more loose on me around mid section, arms are finely getting bigger as well. Working in chest now
